SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Flat rate shipping of $12 per order up to $300. Free shipping on orders over $300 in the Continental United States. Domestic orders are shipped from the east coast via US Postal Service (First Class or Priority) with tracking and insurance. Arrival times are not guaranteed but generally arrive between 2-7 business days. Products ship Monday through Friday (except on holidays or when I am away at a conference or performance)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders are typically shipped through US Postal Service via International Priority (Usually delivery in 8-14 business days). However, sometimes we ship UPS to some remote locations. We cannot guarantee delivery times as these packages are subject to customs approval once they arrive in the destination country. Please note: Any import taxes, customs duties or fees levied by the destination country are the responsibly of the recipient. Please check with your customs office for these details.
**STANDARD USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING** If real-time rate is not available a rate of $70 USD will apply or you can message me and I will get you an actual quote based upon your order.
Returns
As these are custom made products, we only accept returns if the merchandise is delivered in a defective state. All returns must be made within 3 days of delivery of the product and at the expense of the customer. If we cannot replace the item, we will refund your purchase price.
Custom Items
Because all the cups are hand turned and the balls are made by hand as well, there may be a delay in shipping out your products. If we cannot ship right away due to a delay in manufacturing or being out of an item, you will be contacted immediately with an estimated ship date.
US SALES TAX
Will I be charged for taxes?
Unfortunately, yes. If the items are sold or shipped to a Maryland address. According to Maryland law, a 6% sales tax will be added to your purchase even if the sale is shipped out of state.

What forms of payments do you accept?
At this time the only way we receive payment is through PayPal.
