xactly what is the MK Malini Egg Project?

This could be my favorite release that almost didn't happen.  Quite simply, it is the current state of theft in the magic community that almost made this project vanish before it started. 

 

Over the years, I've had numerous people ask me how I make my Malini Eggs.  Yes, we all know it is a blown egg, however, to hollow an egg out and finish it so it looks untouched while strengthening the shell and maintaining its light weight is an all together different story.  That my friends is an MK Malini Egg. 

 

My goal with this project is to share my knowledge... to pass along to other professionals my method for making Malini Eggs while protecting the method as much as possible.  I decided to make only a small quantity of instructional books available.  Nothing digital as it is too easily stolen.  I also took the advice of counsel and will be protecting the MK method with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to purchase.

 

To say that I didn't want this in the hands of the masses is an understatement.  Logic would say the book is far more likely to be stolen and knocked off by unscrupulous individuals with more copies in existence.  The answer was incredibly simple...make it EXTREMELY LIMITED.  Only 100 copies will ever be printed. PERIOD!

 

The finished product is a professionally produced 34 page 6"x9" book that details everything needed to know to make blown eggs the MK way!

 

The book includes the step-by-step instructions along with an exact list of the products I currently use to make my MK Malini Eggs and includes topics such as "traveling with blown eggs" and "my recommendations on the best Malini bags" currently on the market.

To say it is a worker is an understatement.

 

I know these are pretty extreme steps to protect this information from being shared by unethical humans.  Most reading this will understand why I feel compelled to take these drastic measures.  Hopefully, the price keeps it out of the hands of the merely curious, and the additional measures of the NDA will keep the MK Malini Egg method protected.

The MK Routine: 

​

A small cloth bag is displayed, inspected by a spectator, and shown to be empty.  The performer states that they need one more thing besides the bag ... they need an egg.  This is said as a six-egg egg carton is introduced.  Opening the carton, it is empty.  The spectator is now asked to drop one of the invisible eggs into the empty bag.  The bag is twirled 3 times and when the spectator reaches inside an egg has magically appeared!

The next several minutes are filled with the egg vanishing and re-appearing multiple times to the amazement of everyone.  To conclude, the  bag is once again shown empty and the spectator removes an invisible egg from the bag.   The invisible egg is displayed and then tossed toward the bag where it VISUALLY lands inside the bag.  The spectator is then given the egg carton to hold and a total of SIX eggs are removed from the bag, filling up the egg carton to the joyful appreciation of the audience.  Just when they think it is over, a drink is produced from the bag to toast the audience!
